Frank and Donna Sinatra have been happily married for over a decade, with two small children who are perfect models for face painting and balloon hats.

Frank began juggling as a hobby as a Freshman in college, thanks to his roommate Todd, a clown for Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ. His parents, thrilled that he was spending time juggling instead of studying, got him a book on balloon twisting. It didn’t take long to go from simple balloon animals to complex balloon creations. Frank took a hobby and turned it into a small business in 2010, and officially formed Just Plain Silly Entertainment, LLC in 2012. As a volunteer for the children’s liturgy for a local Roman Catholic Church, Frank is fingerprinted and has had a criminal background check.

Donna, a talented artist in her own right, has really excelled in painting whimsical and colorful images on faces, cheeks and arms of children of all ages. As an educational assistant in a local school district, Donna is fingerprinted and has had a criminal background check.
